1. Shipping Time

The shipping date is based on the scheduled timeline. Under normal circumstances, products will be shipped on time. In the event of force majeure or other unforeseen factors, the shipping time may be postponed. Any updates regarding the shipping schedule will be announced on the official website.

2. Product Assembly & After-Sales Policy

This product is sold as a DIY kit and requires a certain level of hands-on assembly ability. Please consider carefully before purchasing.

Once the package has been opened, returns or exchanges will not be accepted on the grounds of “unable to assemble.” For any approved return, the complete package must be intact, including all accessories and gifts, with no missing parts and no exterior damage.

3. Surface Finish & Appearance Standards

1) The ZOOM64 uses electrophoresis coating and anodized surface treatments. Due to the nature of these processes, minor and unavoidable dust particles and slight surface textures may appear on the case.

At a viewing distance of 30 cm, dust particles smaller than 0.1 mm and no more than two such points per surface are considered within our quality standards.

2) Due to the characteristics of electrophoresis coating and CNC machining, the interior of the top and bottom cases may have slight burrs and unavoidable fixture marks. These will not be visible after full assembly and do not affect the overall appearance. This is within our quality inspection standards.

3) To ensure the safety of screw holes during transportation, the factory pre-tightens each screw during assembly. After disassembly, slight wear may appear around the screw holes on the top case. However, this wear will be covered after reassembly and will not affect the final visual appearance. This condition is within our acceptable quality control standards.

4) During disassembly and reassembly of the top case, slight variations in the tightness of the positioning balls are normal. Due to the characteristics of anodizing/electrophoresis processes, minor machining marks inside the product are unavoidable. During assembly, small internal blemishes may occur, but once the keyboard is fully assembled, they will not affect the external appearance. This is within our quality acceptance standards.

4. PCB Inspection & Warranty

Upon receiving the PCB, please inspect the switch sockets and test all functions immediately. Any damage caused by improper handling is not covered under after-sales service.

For non-human-caused defects, our warranty is 12 months. For damage caused by human factors, please contact our official website customer service or email us for paid repair services.
