What is a group buy? Group Buys are a method of sale similar to a pre-order. Payments are collected ahead of time in order to submit a bulk order to a manufacturer for production. Due to this, there is often an extended timeline from the order date to when the product is shipped out, with these timelines ranging from a couple weeks to several months. You missed your estimated timeline. What's going on? We provide weekly updates for all group buys, so that customers can stay informed and up to date on the progress. Many times unforeseen issues can occur, which can cause delays.
Can I get a refund for my Group Buy purchase? I changed my mind. The nature of the GB process means that funds for refunds are not available after submission of the group payment to the manufacturer. Refunds may not be available after submission of your Group Buy order. Refunds will not be available after bulk order submission to the vendor. Refunds may be made available on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Amazing quality. Goes perfectly with the Terror Below keycaps.

A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one!

I purchased the the Mecha base keycaps that are somewhat metallic. What I read before purchasing is that there would be "random" streaks on the keycaps due to the way the metallic plastic behaves in molding. I was expecting the streaks to be completely different on each cap & different from the product page images but in reality the streaks are almost exactly like the renders show. I also was pleasantly surprised by how much the appearance can change depending on the room lighting; from some angles it's a dark gunmetal grey, other times its a bright sparkly silver.

This is my favorite deskmat. It is so cute and such good quality! I love gmk hooty so this to me is just perfect. The mat was shipped out so fast and I got it very quickly. Great experience all around!

Amazing keyboard but desk hero sent me the wrong one at first so it was a mess.

The mat is is bigger than I expected. Happy with my purchase.

Desk hero is fantastic, don’t hesitate just place the order…if you are going to be in this hobby for the long run just get the prime membership and don’t look back.

The Papel Pocado is beautiful…the black on the keys is soooo elegant and the legends are crisp and pop with so much color.

Sleek looking board with many high quality extras

As a fan of the original Fuji75, I was delighted to see a full white version of the Fuji65 on Deskhero during the Winter Holidays Sale. At around $420, it is definitely not a budget option, but paired with a free keyset that DeskHero provides, it becomes a much better option to digest. The extras provided such as the switches, foam, many different plates, and stabs round out the value proposition of the board.

The board is a very beautiful and clean white and the premium option badge and weight define the luxury look of this board. As for the feel of typing, the CF plate that I currently have mounted along with the ever popular Bobas give a smooth and soft typing experience. I didn't end up using the included switches or stabs on my final board, but as I was waiting for my endgame products to arrive, I tried the FFFF switches and they were definitely no slouch. I can say the extras included are of high quality and caliber. Overall, the board provides a pretty thing to look at and a fantastic thing to type with. I had a few minor scuffs on my original order but DeskHero support helped me ensure I got a flawless quality board at the end. Shoutouts to them for the help!
