1. The delivery will be made on the scheduled date unless there is a force majeure
   event such as a natural disaster, including epidemics. If there is any other unforeseen
   force majeure interference, such as an epidemic, the delivery time will be postponed
   and updated on the official website.
2. The product is not assembled and requires a certain amount of hands-on ability.
   Please note it before purchasing. After unpacking, no return or exchange will be
   made on the grounds that you cannot assemble it. If you want to return or exchange,
   you must keep the entire package, accessories and gifts, and the appearance of the
   product intact.
3. The Paper80 coating process involves anodizing and electrophoresis. Due to the
   special surface processing properties, minor and unavoidable dust spots may occur,
   but they will not affect the product use experience and will not be visible from a
   normal viewing distance after assembly.
4. Small scratches inside the keyboard case, or dents on the case that are not visible
   when the keyboard is fully built. These are normal and within our quality acceptance.
5. Since there are many variations, renders are for display purposes only. They are
   provided to give an idea of what the final product will look like. There may be some
   differences between the actual product and the renderings, but we will make every
   effort to ensure they are closely aligned. Please refer to prototype photos before
   making a purchase. As there are no actual photos of the E-Milk Tea, if you are
   concerned about potential color differences, please consider choosing another color.
