No, the NAMA Standard Edition does not include switches or keycaps. This allows you the freedom to personally select and purchase your preferred switches and keycaps to create a keyboard that is uniquely tailored to your style.
2. What is the difference between the NAMA Standard Edition and the Bespoke Edition?
The NAMA Standard Edition comes in a fixed configuration for the top and bottom cases, though the movement edition is selectable. It does not include switches and keycaps.
The NAMA Bespoke Edition offers full customization, allowing you to choose the top case, bottom case, movement edition, plate, sound-dampening foam kit, as well as select switches and keycaps from our website for a complete, Pre-built keyboard.
3. Is the NAMA knob removable?
Please Note : To protect your warranty, the knob on the NAMA keyboard is removable, but its core movement is permanently sealed and is not meant to be disassembled. Any damage caused by tampering with the movement will not be covered under our after-sales service.
4. What is the NAMA RGB lighting effect like?

5. Is the NAMA keyboard pre-built?
The NAMA Standard Kit is partially pre-assembled. You will only need to install your chosen switches and keycaps

6. How do you operate the standard flywheel and tourbillon, and what precautions should you take?
Movement instructions: This manual movement should be wound a maximum of 30 turns, providing approximately 1–2 days of power reserve.
Note: Do not exceed the recommended turns, as overwinding after the mainspring is fully tensioned may cause it to slip.
How to Identify Full Wind: Through the transparent case back, observe the tightness of the mainspring inside the barrel. When the coils appear fully compacted, the movement is fully wound, and winding should be stopped immediately.
