The King in da north!

One of the most popular switches is finally available at Deskhero Inc.

Introducing the Gateron Oil King Switches - the ultimate choice for mechanical keyboard enthusiasts. These switches are designed to provide a smooth and responsive typing experience, making them perfect for both gaming and typing.

The Gateron Oil King switches are made with a unique oil-immersed design, which helps to reduce friction and improve the overall feel of the switch. This results in a smooth and consistent keystroke, with a satisfying linear feel. The oil also helps to prolong the life of the switch, making it more durable and long-lasting.

The Gateron Oil King switches are compatible with all standard mechanical keyboard plates and PCBs, making them easy to install and use. They are also compatible with a variety of keycaps, including Cherry MX style keycaps, which means you can easily personalize your keyboard with your favorite keycaps.

Gateron Oil King switches are the perfect choice for anyone looking for a smooth and responsive typing experience while giving you the freedom to customize your keyboard exactly the way you want.

Scam website

It’s definitely a scamer website, they don’t even ship you the things you order, instead they ship you knockoffs

Hi - Since youre not coming up as a Verified Owner, would you please email us with your Order Number?

Do you have proof of your claims?

We order directly from the manufacturer, or from authorized distribution centers.

As for Gateron Oil Kings, we receive them driectly from Gateron and we have our own Gateron Rep that other retailers from around the world also use. I will leave this up so others may see that while we do make mistakes, we do our best to fix them to the best of our ability.

But we absolutely do not sell knockoffs/fakes. Please provide any proof that we sell fake products so that we may investigate.

Thank you

Do not order switches from Deskhero

The switches were great, but quality control and customer service from Deskhero leave much to be desired. I ordered 70 oil kings from Deskhero for my Fuji65 (66 keys), but received only 64, so not even enough to finish the board. Luckily, the Fuji came with its own switches, albeit tactile, so built it temporarily. When I contacted Deskhero support about the missing switches, they sent over exactly 6 switches using the cheapest shipping method available that they don't even use for standard paid orders (untracked, postage stamp, took over a week to arrive), which is fine, but I'm not used to receiving the literal bare minimum from a company to fix their mistake. When I received the replacement switches, I opened them up to hand lube them, only to discover that I had a mix of two entirely different switches. I first noticed the differences in spring height and factory lubing conditions (factory lubed vs. unlubed), but then saw that the actual switch stem and housings were different, including the company name on the top housings (Gateron vs. Cherry). At this point, I've opened up all the switches and hand lubed them already, and mixed up the parts before prior to noticing. This was meant to be a gift to a loved one for today, so I just gave it to them with the mixed switches. Even if I received an entirely new batch of oil kings, I will still have to ask for the keyboard back, and nothing will give me back the hours I wasted hand lubing switches I didn't even want. Very disappointed with Deskhero's QC and will not be ordering from them again.

Amazing!

Used these to switch the stock red switches from my Asus Azoth and these have been amazing. Nice and smooth and feel great both for gaming and typing.

Great switch, just takes some getting used to

This was my first linear switch and it took me some time to get used to it since my previous switches have all been tactile (blues and box whites).

This switch's bottom out is quite heavy, but the top end is quite sensitive (This may be normal for linears but not sure). At first it caused a bit of mistypes but after a couple weeks I have started loving it. My new favourite switch and likely not going back to another anytime soon. The pre-lube is great and they're very thocky.

Solid switch

This is the first pre-lubed switch I bought and I was surprised at how smooth it was as stock. Absolutely no extra lubing is required. I 100% recommend to anyone looking for pre-lubed switches.

Smooth af

Very smooth stock switch. Lubing isn’t needed. Lubing will make it deeper sounding
