Inspired by one of the stock images, I went for the GMK Sumi keycaps for this version. It truly looks fantastic. I decided to go with the stock FR4 plate, foamless, with Gateron smoothie switches. The typing experience is fantastic. I added tape mode so it sounds less hollow, it turned out to have a somewhat "high-pitched" thocky sound for a top mount, which I really like.
I'm new to custom keyboards and didn't really want to build from the ground up. This fills my needs perfectly. The keyboard I was using before the EVO80 came with Cherry MX Brown so I wasn't sure about the light Azure linear switches but they are very nice to use for gaming and coding. Sooo smooooth.
This is an awesome mouse. Battery life is great, fit and finish is outstanding. One of my all time favorites.
This was my first neo keyboard. The build is such an experience, and honestly one I will remember, it looks so daunting, yet was soo easy.
If you are looking to build yourself a nice Alice keyboard, you don't need to look any further!
They are even more beautiful in person. I'm so glad that I purchased this set. Here they are in the box next to my Purple QK75n and Symbiote which I also purchased form Deskhero. I love their service and fast shipping.
