I got this mouse on back order when it first got released . I love the shape of it because its was similar to another mouse I was using that was great for claw grip . The weight is nice ,it's not too light and it feels really comfortable in my hand . It came with selective feet to choose from which was great . The dongle is corded and I just love the vibrant color of it . I've had no issues with the clicks . They feel firm, no side sway and each individual click just feels in tune with my game play . The grip tape it comes with is also amazing . Very high quality . I prefer having them on , makes my mouse movements for firm and stable . I would say if you have smaller hands this mouse feels amazing .id you have bigger size hands I would go for the og. The software it comes with is very easy to install and manage . There are a lot of options . Overall one of my favourite mice. High quality !
The Beast X mouse is a very good endgame mouse.
For the price point, you are getting a super high build quality with super fast response time (4K polling rate)
Battery life is solid and can last up to a week using 4K polling and the USB dongle is a uniquely designed cube with a customizable screen.
Highly recommend this product.
It was a great feel mouse and high quality (aside from the side buttons) but there was stuttering issues. Day 1 it was stuttering and I have no idea why.
My Lazurite keycaps came in today and they are BEAUTIFUL, very nice to touch and feel. However, for 160 dollars, I wish they would've at least put effort in packaging it in a more sturdy box with at least some form of bubble wrap or a type of good cushioned-wrap, along with a sealed plastic because my box came SEVERELY water damaged and corners crushed. I'm so disappointed because the box is a big part of the product and I'm one to collect, but the back of the box has obvious water damage and it is still wet to the touch and the sides are severely crushed. It was also difficult to take it out and the keycaps were not in place but all over everywhere. The board that the keycaps rest on are even wet and mushed :(
While I understand shipping issues and deliveries aren't the company's fault, I wish it was packaged better. I could tell Fedex had to take the Lazurite set out the original cardboard box and put it into a new Fedex package because the shipping label is ripped off and taped inside a plastic bag in the front of the box and inside is the cut off shipping label. The label was WET, I'm guessing my package went through a lot of rain or water..
Finally, I was inspecting the keycaps and they are really nice. I checked for any signs of issues and there are tiny tiny issues but I feel like I'll be complaining too much if I list the issues. Otherwise, the keycaps are nice. I haven't used them yet but will update once my other keyboard parts come in and post pictures. Will probably try to reach out to support if I can.
Love the feel and looks of key caps, just small flaws and damaged boxes
I picked up this keyboard as I was looking to replace my aging HHKB Lite 2 with another 60/65%. I wanted to have a split backspace, and also wanted to experiment with a split spacebar. This keyboard is supported by qmk_firmware, and it was a blast to design my own key mappings for it. I matched these up with some dark amber tactile switches, also from deskhero, and they perform pretty similarly to my HHKB.
It's a bit pricey, but a solid build, and I don't really care for the underboard RGB. If you care about that sort of thing, make sure to get the polycarbonate case. The black case only shows the LEDs at the top, and so you lose 70% of the effect.
Overall I'm pretty happy.
