The classic beauty of Cocobolo is unique, and imparts a sound that rivals its beauty. Our current batch of wood has dark ink-lines and deep reddish orange hues that are striking and will look great with any grille and rod color combination.
Cocobolo has a ringing tap tone, with a slightly crisper sound than the Ziricote or Pheasantwood we ran earlier this year, with the same speed, smoothness and snap that highly dense woods have. We also now have Rose Gold and Copper for the grille and rods, in addition to Black Aluminum, Stainless steel and Brass. The Copper is polished and left untreated, so it will gather a beautiful patina over time.
